Sharkscope battle for Diamond Star

People are asking me about mine and 1GOLDENBEAR1's battle for sharkscope's 2010 Leaderboards first place.
haha. its fun. During summer I took like 4-5 months off online poker and didnt even think I could be on top... But once I came back playing on PDC in October, I was like 6th. Had pretty good run, played really good poker. I guess I was hungry for online poker...
Suddenly I see one day that I am first on Leaderboard, Second place was pretty far...
And the rolling downhill began. Could win a single tournament, if I made to cash, it was barely making into money. Mass of bad beats, of course after these starting playing worse...
At the same time Goldenbear decided to get on a sick winning streak. Every day getting closer and closer....
and Left 2 days in 2010 he finally past me on Leaderboard.
Fortunately he hasn't cashed in any tourney yesterday and I took second in one tourney and got back on top... Of course my two pairs on flop i heads up play didn't hold against baby flush draw, after flush hit on river.
Pufff $800 difference in prize money.

The battle is still going strong for first place. Everything will be decided today. if Goldenbear will win some bigger tourney, he will pass me. If not, I will get my diamond star :)

Sick month

Sick sick sick month. I haven't experienced such a bad run in my life yet. For almost two months it doesnt matter if a guy has at least 5% it means he will catch it.
I dont want to bitch too much, bcs people think I post only my suckouts here. Yeah I do suckout too. But the problems is- in order to suckout- you need to go all in behind. And 90% of the time I'm always ahead...
And I dont speak about AK va Q10 suckouts here. Its a flip. I'm talking about 2-3 outers. And past month if I dont have nuts when I push all in, of course I will get sucked out.
but thats poker. You have good runs and have bad runs. Trying to stay sane in and to get over this one....

Well, maybe next year will be better for me in poker...

Carbonpoker now available for Mac users!

Wanted to buy a Mac long time ago, but PDC and Carbon didnt have a version for Mac users... Good news- As of December 1^st, a new version of CarbonPoker will be available to the general public. CarbonPoker 5.0 will be the first edition of the software available for Mac users.

Beta testing on the new client has gone very well, and some of the new features have been especially popular. Tournament lobbies now open in a separate window, full screen mode has been optimized for smoother play, and improvements have been made to the software’s performance on smaller computers and netbooks.

The 5.0 update to the client will be available December 1^st, though players will have time to update from the 4.7 edition of the software at their convenience as it will not be made a mandatory update right away.

On a really bad roll...

Something sick is happening. There will always will be bad runs, but for more than a week now it seems best hand would never win. Doesnt matter if its higher pair against a pair or over pair against two lower cards. There will be some runner runner crap anyway... sick stuff..
Especially sick run in HU games. First get sucked out in a few games, then start playing poorly. Meh.
