HU Strategy

For those who are not very good playing Heads Up, but still would like to play in PDC/Carbon Poker Turkey Grand Slam Promotion, here are some tips I borrowed from some other site how to play Head Up SnG Tournaments:

• Skill wins, not luck.
• Be confident and patient.
• Avoid coin flips.
• Avoid loose calls.
• Avoid drawing hands.
• Be the aggressor.
• Know where you're at in the chip count.
• Play according to the chip count.
• When you're about even, patiently build pots then win them.
• When you're ahead, wait for him to make a mistake and win the tournament.
• When you're behind, make all in moves when you have cards pre-flop.
